Shrewsbury vs Walsall

Shrewsbury had a very impressive game last time out, when the team welcomed Aldershot in 1/128 finals of English FA Cup and recorded a 5:0 victory on Saturday evening. They were favorites on the paper, but confirmed that with really convincing performance on the field, getting a deserved victory thanks to goals from Rodman, Whalley, Payne, Gnahoua and Morris, last three in second halftime.
As for the League One competition, the side comes from a narrow 1:0 defeat away to Peterborough, defeat that came with an early goal as the players of Shrewsbury failed to respond further on. That defeat was their first one in League One, as the side continues to lead the table with a point more than second placed Wigan, having 11-4-1 record at the moment and still being red hot favorites for the direct promotion. As for the Checkatrade Trophy, the side leads the table with two victories in comparison to second placed Walsall that has two points less.

St Truiden vs Eupen

St Truiden was in a really nice form as the team managed to get a point on the road to Lokeren and had two consecutive home victories, over Mouscron and Oostende, but the side failed to prove themselves more threatening and competitive in a 4:1 defeat away from home against Club Brugge last weekend.
However, nobody will be downhearted with such outcome, since the players of Club Brugge stood as huge favorites before the match and surely are way more superior in every aspect of the game. Still, Stu Truiden gave a good fight to them in the first halftime and despite being back in the scoreline from 18th minute, they got back and replied two minutes later via Legear, however as the game progressed it was obvious that they didn’t have enough energy to face up against their hosts. The team slipped down the table after this defeat, but are still at very high fourth position and surely aim to get a three pointer here in order to stay inside the play-off zone for as long as possible.

Korona Kielce vs Slask Wroclaw

Korona are in great scoring form with 8 goals in their last 2 games, last round they thrashed Lechia 0-5 away from home.Korona are almost always solid at home too, they scored 2+ in 5 of their last 6 home matches. They are really one of the most inform teams in the league currently.Slask have been decent this season but inconsistent too, they have a very good strikeforce in Robak and Piech. Two proven goalscorers at this level, they have scored allot but conceded allot this season.
Slasks last 5 away games all saw btts come in, only 2/5 over with 3 1-1 draws, the 1-1 score may be worth covering here but I see more than 2 goals personally.
Korona are in great form but Slask are not an easy opponent with their attacking quality, I see goals at both ends here 1-2/2-1/2-2 is something what I expect.

Besiktas vs Monaco

Besiktas have started out the Champions League campaign in extraordinary fashion winning all 3 of their games played so far this season where they have beaten Monaco 2-1 and Porto 3-1 away while beating Leipzig 2-0 at home showcasing the great team work they have built together to reach this situation. Besiktas will know that the hostile crowd at the Vodafone Arena is soo loud that it can trouble any away team; just ask Leipzig forward Timo Werner who had to leave the pitch after 30 minutes due to the loudness of the Besiktas fans. Besiktas have not lost a game so far in front of their home fans this season winning 4 and drawing 2 of their 6 home games played so far. Besiktas have relied on a strong showing from their offensive unit including Tosun, Babel, Tosic, Talisca, Quaresma and Lens to delivery the goals and creating chances for them that has seen them succeed until now.

Sporting Lisbon vs Juventus

Direct clash for second place in group between Sporting and Juventus. Sporting obtained just 3 points from first 3 matches into this group and their only one win was vs Olympiacos which ended 2:3 while they lose from Barcelona 0:1 and last one match vs Juventus was 2:1 in favor host – which means 2 of 3 matches ended BTS. Sporting have many missings for this match out are Jeremy Mathieu and Piccini (both starters) so Ristovski will be put on big test also out is Carvalho which is one of most important players from midfield which gives stability to the defense, while Daniel Podence and Ruiz are doubtful – but i believe Jorge Jesus will stick with his 442 formation and play open attacking football knowing that Juventus also have some problems this season with the defense. Additional they are without Lichtsteiner, Benatia and Howedes so Allegri will be “forced” to play with some of Sturaro, De Sciglio or even possible Cuadrado as right back.

Udinese vs Atalanta

Udinese have been playing well at home and despite their struggles at the bottom half of the table, their matches have been very entertaining. Udinese has been in great form in the scoring department, despite not boasting too many big names in their squad they have scored in each of the 10 games that they have played in this season; and that does wonders for their confidence. They can confidently say they were one of the few teams who have already scored against Juventus, Fiorentina, Milan, Roma, Torino and Sampdoria already this season. Defensively, they seem to have their struggles having conceded in 7 out of 10 games, with their only 3 victories this season seeing them not concede a goal.

Bournemouth vs Chelsea

Bournemouth have been struggling to star this season in the Premier League and have improved their performance and started building some form with 2 straight wins in a row against Stoke City and Middlesbrough as Chelsea head to the Vitality Stadium to take on them. Bournemouth will be happy that some of their key players who performed well from last season are slowly getting back into form with the likes of Afobe, Stanislas, Charlie Daniels, Ryan Fraser who have all contributed goals or assists in the recent weeks. Bournemouth still has not been able to solve their defensive crisis however, conceding goals in 7 out of 8 Premier League games played until now.
Chelsea have been going through a major defensive crisis themselves, and have been unable to shut up shop at the back and conceded goals in 7 out of their last 8 games played in all competitions.

Arsenal Tula vs CSKA Moscow

It could be said that Arsenal Tula is having more than decent start in the season with five victories, two draws and seven defeats, but since the league is pretty much equal, they are just three points above play-out placed Dynamo Moscow and are nowhere safe in the relegation battle, but are at the same time just four points behind Europa League placed Spartak Moscow.
After two great achievements and two great victories against much more favorites Krasnodar and Zenit Petersburg, the players of Arsenal didn’t manage to answer in a proper way away to Anzi Makhackala last weekend suffering 3:2 defeat. It was very open game and must be said that the visitors did more in attack, however lacked better effort in the final touch, also more initiative when the result was equal (hosts took the lead in seventh minute via Samardzic, Tkachev leveled up before the halftime whistle), while hosts exploited good start in the second and reached the victory with goals from Khubulov and Guliev, while talented Djurdjevic reduced the deficit in 65th minute, but without getting the equalizer later on. in front of own fans, Arsenal has two consecutive victories and surely want to continue the momentum, but knowing that the draw would also be a positive outcome for them.
Midfielder Danila Buranov is long term absentee without performing so far in the season, while they have central back Stoppila Sunzu (13/1) and left full back Mihail Aleksandrov (10/0) set as doubtful for this one.
