Bourg Peronnas vs Lorient

Bourg Peronnas didn’t impress at all last time out, as the side suffered quite convincing 3:0 defeat away from home against Brest last Friday evening. They were completely outplayed in the first halftime and were lucky to walk away with just one goal conceded, back in 17th minute from the penalty kick taken by Pi.
However, they responded with more open approach in the second halftime, but this time had just ball possession, while the hosts remained being very concrete with the ball to their feet and took professional victory once the visitors opened up, scoring two more goals in last ten minutes – via Berthomier in 83rd and Sissoko in 86th minute.
The side now stands at play-out position with sixteen points earned, two less than safely placed Lens. Forward Fabien Tchenkoua (no performance so far) remains long term absentee.

Lorient, on the other side, didn’t have that easy game as the odds suggest prior the game but still managed to come up victorious in front of own fans against Sochaux last Friday evening with a 2:1 result. First halftime was quite passive one actually, with the visitors having more possession and more tries, however without much concrete things done.
Second halftime was way more open, however started with a goal from martin in 55th minute to bring the visitors into the lead, while the players of Lorient only started playing way more serious once they stood back in the scoreline. However, even such performance was enough to deservedly revert the scoreline thanks to goals from Bouanga and Rose in last ten minutes.
Their job was easier in since the guests played with a man less from 84th minute when Teikeu got excluded (at that point the score was 1:1 draw). The side now bounced back to positive way after two defeats, being currently at third position with five points less than second placed Nimes and surely that the aim for this one is a three pointer.
Visitors are set to miss defender Selemani (15/2), but also midfielder Guendouzi (10/0) and forwards Mara (6/2), Waris (6/1) and Courtet (9/3).
—Last five matches that Bourg Peronnas have played had over 2.5 goals.
Lorient is remaining a favorite here and can get the victory, maybe even easier than what the odds suggest. However, my first betting choice will be over goals since Bourg Peronnas stands as a really attacking side in front of own fans and always plays for a goal more. Odds are definitely worth a shot. Both teams to score & over 2.5 goals could also be a profitable choice.

Bet: Over 2.5 goals
