Crystal Palace have been in great scoring form off late managing to be able to score in 13 out of their last 15 games after making strong attacking signings this season with lots of goals coming from Zaha, Benteke, Townsend among their 3 attacking players. The Palace front line has now seen them also net 2 goals in each of their last 6 games, which should bring a lot of confidence to this side especially being the 5th highest scorers in the Premier League with 27 goals scored in 15 games. The bad side for Palace has been on the defensive end also where they have leaked 29 goals in those same 15 games, and that has been their struggle to try and win games. Their games are averaging around 3.7 goals per game; and will be dreading this Manchester United squad traveling to them. Both teams have scored in 11 out of the 15 games that Palace has played and have kept only 1 clean sheet all season.
Manchester United have confidence running through their veins that they have not lost in any of their last 8 games in all competitions and a further 6 undefeated in the league. The confidence has stemmed due to the strong showing of goalkeeper David De Gea who has helped keep their goals conceded to a minimum. On the offensive end, Ibrahimovic has stepped back into the scoring mode again after going a few games without a goal and he has been well supported by an attacking unit including Mkhitaryan and Martial in a 4-3-3 formation. This has also given more freedom to Pogba knowing that Herrera and Carrick are behind him to cover. Manchester United have been poor on the road however, with them conceding 10 goals on the road in 7 games; which has seen them only grab victories against Swansea (3-1), Hull City (1-0) and Bournemouth (3-1). United have conceded goals in 5 out of their 7 away games and in 10 out of 15 games so far.
Over 2.5 goals.
