Atletico Madrid vs Sevilla

Atletico Madrid didn’t look that well last time out previous Saturday evening but the side managed to take a narrow 1:0 victory away from home against Getafe and record their fourth consecutive victory in all competitions (two victories in Copa del Rey and two in LaLiga).
Only goal was scored back in 27th minute via Gameiro, as the guests looked better in the first halftime and took the lead deservedly, however stood more and more passive as the time was progressing, finally managing to pull out a three pointer in a bit to passive game style for their standards.
The side continues being second at the table having nine points less than league leaders from Barcelona, but also having already eleven points more than out of Champions League fifth placed Villarreal. As for the Cope del Rey competition, there’s no reason for them to calculate anymore since we are already close to the competition’s ending.
First choice goalkeeper Oblak (19/0) is unavailable for this one, same as defenders Vrsaljko (8/0) and Filipe Luis (12/1).

Sevilla, on the other side, comes from a bit unexpected 1:0 loss away from home against Alaves last Sunday afternoon. Only goal was scored back in 52nd minute via Garcia, while it didn’t help the visitors that the home team played with a man less in last ten minutes of the clash when Duarte got excluded.
Overall, players of Sevilla had much more of the ball possession, but weren’t looking that superior with the ball to their feet – simply creating very little in attack in comparison to much more concrete home side.
Sevilla now stands at sixth position at the table with just three points less than Champions League placed Real Madrid, however the side is in obvious downtrend of their form with no victory in last five LaLiga matches – having just one draw and four defeats.
Guests are set to miss defenders Pareja (2/0), Daniel Carrico (3/0) and Kjaer (14/1), as well as midfielder Krohn-Dehli (13/1).
~ Atletico Madrid didn’t concede in last four competitive matches.
Atletico Madrid have shown much more during the whole season and I can’t see anything but their victory here. It might be even a narrow one, however I’m willing to take the risk against a side that has problems to be present themselves in a bit more concrete way and with obvious downfall at the moment.

Bet: Atletico Madrid to win
