Augsburg suffered an expected loss in their last match on the road to Eintracht when they were routinely outplayed with a 2:0 result.
Even though they did manage to create several decent opportunities, lack of concentration prevented them to do something more concrete. Instead, they conceded two goals, in the 37th and later on in the 58th, while missing their chance to spice this one a bit in the 73rd when Finnbogason was inaccurate from the penalty.
Augsburg is positioned at 12th spot in the general rankings, seven points ahead of relegation worried Hertha.
The home side will miss suspended central defender Uduokhai (29/1), while unlikely to play are midfielder Moravek (2/0), left-back Pedersen (13/0) and forward Jensen (10/0).
Koln put up with a decent fight in the last round at home against Leipzig, and made quite a surprise, as they managed to be victorious with a 2:1 result.
The hosts were pushed back from the start but performed more than well in transition, taking the lead in the 46th over Hector. However, the aggressive visiting side managed to respond similarly only thirteen minutes later, but Hector, once again, showed great skill when he fired a fine strike from the edge of the box just a minute later, and set the final result in this clash.
Koln is at relegation leading 17th spot, still with a chance to find a way to safety, as only four points separate them and Arminia Bielefeld.
The guests miss suspended right-back Ehizibue (19/0), while doubtful are offensive players Andersson (12/2) and Thielmann (21/2).

Not much to calculate here
There are only four rounds till the end of this season, and even though the hosts are in a much better position, they are not safe yet. They are coming to this clash after a defeat but with the right approach, their victory is looking more realistic in my eyes.
After all, I am not sure that Koln can repeat their success from the last round, but possibly, they can be dangerous, as they have simply nothing to gain out of passivity here, and maybe pull out at least a draw. Still, they are the ones who look far from creative and effective on the road.
