Heracles vs Graafschap

After their good performance and really impressive victory at home against AZ Alkmaar before the international break, players of Heracles went on and made another positive surprise winning away from home against Heerenveen 3:5 last Sunday afternoon.
It was surely the most interesting match in the round, as the visitors once again proved that they don’t need a lot of ball possession and chances created in order to score. They were in control over the result and hosts were those who tried to catch up with them, as the guests deservedly secured the three-pointer thanks to two goals from Peterson, one from Dalmau, Duarte, and Osman.
The side now has three victories, a draw, and a defeat, standing at the third position in the league with three points less than second-placed Ajax.
Central defender Robin Propper (5/0) is injured for this one. Other three, Jeff Hardeveld, Sebastian Jakubiak and Joey Konings are anyway long-term absentees without performing in the new season.

Graafschap, on the other side, comes from a 1:2 home defeat against Venlo last Saturday afternoon. They entered pretty poorly into the match and were down in the scoreline already in the sixth minute when the guests to the lead via Susic.
Players of Venlo were far more dominant in the first halftime and doubled up the lead via Post in the 30th minute. They probably even deserved to score a goal more, but have lowered down the tempo in the second being satisfied with the result. Hosts only reduced via Burgzorg in the 89th minute.
Graafschap now has no victory in last four matches, being just above the relegation zone with four points earned so far. Central defender Ted van de Pavert (4/0) is injured. Same as defenders Lars Nieuwpoort, Jurre Vreman and midfielder Liban Abdulahi. Defender Myenty Abena and forward Furdjel Narsingh (3/0) are doubtful for now, due illness and leg injury respectively.

There’s a certain quality difference between these two teams and everything but an easy victory for Heracles will be a surprise. They are in far better momentum and with bigger individual quality, while the visiting side seems simply too passive on the road in order to match up the opponent in this one.
