Sunderland vs Oxford United

After two relegations, Sunderland seems able to fight hard for promotion this season, hosts sold various last season’s starters but made also quite good acquisitions and till now they loose only two of 15 points available in first five matches of the season.
Good for them the fact that didn’t play in league on midweek, while Oxford did, they won 3-0 but played with most aprt of the starters in at elast two of league matches played till now and suffered a ban at 78° minute of midweek match.
Newcomer midf. Hanson ( 3) made appeal for this and could miss the match. More, last season regular keeper Eastwood ( 1) and striker Hall ( 1+1 /2g last season) remain out and Browne ( midf.3+1 1g) and Holmes ( midf.1+1) are doubtful.
Oxford won only one match in league, against equally struggling Burton, losing remainin four ones.

No many problems for hosts. Sinclair ( att.1sub), McGeady ( 7g alst season) and Watmore remain out, but all practically had no part in the good run of the team this season, while newcomers Wyke and Flanagan could debut at least from the bench after injuries. Only worries for them def. Loovens ( 5) and Matthews ( 3) are doubtful, but all seems to go in favour of a big home win here.
