Wolfsberger couldn’t react better in the first round of the Europa League group stage, as the side walked away with a 4:0 victory away to Borussia Monchengladbach.
They were fully effective from the first moment, already having a three-goal lead after the first halftime, looking very threatening with the ball to their feet.
The side is also enjoying the start of the season, but most recently are coming from a 2:2 draw at home against Tirol last weekend.
They had the lead twice but failed to hold the lead, being now six points below the league leaders from Salzburg.
The home side should have no fresh injury worries for this one and should be able to field up their best eleven.
Roma had no many problems winning over Basaksehir at home with a 4:0 result in the first round.
They were far more authoritative on the field and simply presented themselves as a commanding team and didn’t give up on such a role no matter what.
As for the domestic league, the side really disappointed with a home loss against Atalanta 0:2 but reacted well with a three-pointer taken away from home against Lecce in a 1:0 victory. The side is now seven points below the leaders from Inter.
The guests are set to miss midfielders Pellegrini (6/0), Under (2/1). Mkhitaryan (4/1) and forward Perotti who didn’t play so far.
No matter what, Roma remains a favorite in this one. However, with a morale-boosting performance away to Glabdch, I definitely see Wolfsrbger as attacking as possible as well.
The hosts actually know that the defensive approach isn’t a way to gain a positive result in this one and I do see them threatening too. They have the needed fluid ball movement and should prove themselves very efficient again.
