Burton vs MK Dons

Burton is coming to this EFL Trophy clash after a 1:1 draw in their last Ligue one fixture at home against Cheltenham when they probably could have done more in my opinion.
They were in deficit since the 28th but approached the second part in a visibly more aggressive style, unfortunately, only managed to equalize over Akins in the 67th minute, lacking a bit more creativity for a more concrete result.
The hosts will miss central defender Mancienne (4/0) who got injured last time out. Forward Hemmings and midfielder Gilligan are recovering (both no performance so far), but aren’t fully fit. Midfielder O’Connor (4/0) is missing, with defensive midfielder Taylor (1/0) probably returning into the team.
