Fiorentina made quite an appearance last time out in Copa Italia when they won over favorites from Napoli and booked their ticket for the next phase of the competition.

Napoli vs Fiorentina ✅

Napoli is coming to this Coppa Italia clash after meeting the expectations in their last Serie A appearance at home against underdogs from Sampdoria when they did just enough to record a close 1:0 victory.

Verona vs Fiorentina

Verona failed to be more competitive last time out away against Torino when they come with a narrow 1:0 defeat.
They were left with a player less on the field since the 25th and conceded the only one in this clash over Pobega only a minute later, unfortunately, not being able to respond accordingly, even though they looked a bit more dangerous during the second, despite their handicap.

Venezia vs Fiorentina

Venezia can be satisfied with their last appearance on the road against Cagliari when they barely escaped defeat and took a point in a 1:1 draw.
They conceded first in the 19th over Balde but visibly increased their performance when the match moved to the second and equalized over Busio just before the match ended, denying the home side with all three in this encounter.
Venezia is second from the bottom in the standings, having only five points collected so far in the Serie A campaign.
They will miss long-term absentee forward Ala-Myllymaeki (no appearance this season), plus injured goalkeeper Lezzerini (2/0). Defenders Haps and Modolo (both without playing so far), and midfielder Sigursson (2/0) continue to miss out too.

Cagliari vs Fiorentina

Cagliari did a good job in the last round on the road against Benevento, as they come with a much-needed 1:3 victory.
They opened the match in the best way possible, scoring their first one already in the 1st minute, but overly looking, the hosts were a better side during the first part, and deservedly equalized in the 16th minute.
The second half was a bit different story, as even though a balanced play was seen, the guests appeared sharper at the finishing, scoring two more in the 64th and in the third minute of added time, and have every reason to approach the upcoming clash with positive thoughts.
Cagliari is currently in 16th spot in the general rankings, four points ahead of relegation worried Benevento.

Sassuolo vs Fiorentina

Sassuolo was successful in taking all three last time out on the road to Benevento when they managed to take a narrow 0:1 victory.
They didn’t show much during the first part, but luckily for them, managed to take the lead after an own goal scored by Barba in the 45th minute. The continuation of the match brought us a bit more aggressive play of both sides, but neither of them was sharp enough at the finishing to make this one a bit more interesting.
Sassuolo is currently at 8th spot in Serie A, having twelve points less than European positioned Lazio.
They will miss central-back Ayhan (17/0), and forwards Berardi (22/11), Caputo (22/11) and Defrel (20/2).
