Celta ended their four matches winning streak in LaLiga last Wednesday when they come with a 1:1 draw against Getafe, playing as a visiting side.
They had the ball possession advantage during the entire match but were only able to be effective once from the penalty in the 17th minute, conceding a goal ten minutes earlier. Passivity was the main feature of both teams in the continuation of the match, as neither of them created a chance worth mentioning.
Celta is at 8th place in the general standings, having a nice chance to step into a European race in case of a three-pointer in the upcoming clash.
The hosts will miss left-back Junca (1/0) due to injury, plus a couple of those who didn’t play now. Doubtful is forward Mina (12/1) for the moment.
Huesca played more or less, a balanced match last time out against Levante at home, so it wasn’t surprising that they come with a 1:1 draw.
They took the lead first in the 31st from the penalty, but overly looking, they did not dominate, especially in the second part when they conceded an equalizer, not being in a position to respond and took the lead once again.
Huesca is appearing poorly this season in a LaLiga, currently being at next to the bottom 19th place, having only twelve points out of fifteen matches.
The guests are missing right-back Maffeo (9/1) and forward Ramirez (7/2) due to injuries. Suspended is central defender Insua (7/0).
Great chance for an easy win
Celta is a strong favorite in this one, no question about it. If exclude the last match, they are also in quite a momentum, an advantage that they will surely use in the upcoming one. I don’t think that Huesca can be competitive in this clash, and I would be truly surprised if Celta misses this chance to climb higher in the rankings.
