They opened the match in a better way, as they took an early lead in the 5th minute, but the home side managed to turn the result in their favor before the first part ended. The visitors did appear quite dominating when the match moved to the second part, but despite their numerous goal attempts, they only managed to level up the result in the 54th minute and walk away with just a point, maybe a bit unlucky.
Leipzig is at 2nd place in Bundesliga, having some minor problems in the last two matches, but never the less, they are second only to the Munich giant by their overall appearances in this season.
